Silver Seal Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. is characterized by a balanced, soft, enveloping and pleasantly acidulous flavour. It has a clear, bright black colour and a fragrant aroma, enhanced by pronounced balsamic notes.

The persistent scents and strong flavours are due to the prolonged refinement in oak barrels to which each of our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. is subjected. These barrels are never completely emptied: this allows us to guarantee a special continuous circle of aromas and extraordinary organoleptic characteristics.

Ingredients: Cooked grape must, wine vinegar. It is a 100% natural product. It contains no preservatives, dyes, thickeners, antioxidants, sweeteners or added sulphites.
