“Saporoso” is a product that can be considered completely and uniquely the “son” of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO. It has been aged 6 years in barrels of oak and 6 months in steel containers.
An extra 2 years of ageing create this product which has all the organoleptic properties of its “younger brother” but with an extra boost in taste and density, ideal for consumers that like an aged product, best served on ice creams or fruits like pineapple.
