Access to your personal data will be permitted exclusively to the owner and those responsible for data management who have been designated as "persons in charge" of processing pursuant to Art. 30 of the Privacy Code to offer support to users in relation to the services offered, to respond to requests from Judicial Authorities. A special note for minors: minors under 18 cannot use our services; therefore they must not provide any of their personal data in the registration process. If you are under 18, you cannot use our services, as they are aimed only at adults. Any registration of users under 18 will be deleted without notice.
CANCELLATION (Right to cancellation (right to be forgotten) (art.17))
The user can at any time request the cancellation of all data by writing to hello@theoliveoilco.it. The time taken to cancel all data is 48 working hours. The cancellation request must be made from the email address registered on our site in order to guarantee the correct identification of the registered data and to proceed with the complete cancellation both in the database and in the Backup archives.
NOTIFICATION OF VIOLATIONS OF PERSONAL DATA
If a data violation is detected following cyber attacks or similar, the competent authorities will be notified within 72 hours.
