Because we use small suppliers and sell many seasonal products, all products on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep the website up to date, but if a product you have ordered is not available you will be notified by telephone or email and given the option to choose an alternative item, cancel the order completely or put it back on the order to wait until until it’s available (we’ll ship the rest of your items if you want).

If we can’t reach you, we’ll go ahead and ship the rest of your order without that item.

Charges tax

The prices indicated include VAT. Any taxes or customs duties in the country of receipt are excluded.

Credit card security

No credit card numbers or details are stored by this website. All payment information is handled securely via PayPal.

Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your goods you have the right to return them to us within 14 days of the delivery date , as long as they are not perishable and reach us in the same condition in which they were shipped together with any labels showing the name of the product, expiry date and batch code.

The customer is responsible for returning the products using the original packaging or packaging suitable for transport to the destination.
We do not assume responsibility in the event of damage or breakages due to unsuitable packaging.

The cost of returning the goods will be at your expense, the customer and we decline all responsibility for goods of a highly perishable nature. We will provide a full refund for returned merchandise (including any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase) within 30 days of the cancellation date.
