How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Delivery in Italy is free for orders over €79.00, you can also purchase smaller amounts but a small cost will be applied shipping depending on the price and value of your order, see below:

How long does it take to receive my order?

if you place your order (provided we have everything in stock) before 9am, we will most likely ship it the same day for next day delivery to you (some remote areas may take 24 hours more). Please note that goods transit is by road and delays may occur, so if you have a deadline to meet please call us to ensure we can ship it on time.

How can I return or exchange a purchased item?

You can return your item within 14 days of purchase, as long as the product is in its original condition and has not been opened or used, the cost of returning the goods is €10 which will be deducted from the refund which usually occurs 7 days after returning the goods, please ensure that the goods are safely packaged for transport.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa or Mastercard, however the easiest way to pay is to use Paypal, if you don’t have a Paypal account don’t worry, log in as You and the guest can enter your card details credit normally

How can I track my package?

Just provide a valid email address or mobile number when you place the order and you will notified on the morning of delivery with an automatic message or an email that will give you a time slot in which the delivery will take place, you can also manage the delivery from that moment, that is, notify the driver to leave the package nearby or to deliver it another day.

What is the security code requested during payment?

Can I cancel an order placed?

After an order has been concluded and sent, it is no longer possible to cancel it. If you have had problems during the purchase, write to us atvendita@theoliveoilco.it and explain what happened. We will do our best to reply to you as soon as possible.

How can I return a product?

the Consumer will be able to request its replacement within the strict deadline 14 days from receipt by e-mail to sales@theoliveoilco.it specifying the reason for the request, the batch and expiry of the product.
The Consumer is required to return the defective or damaged product in its intact original packaging in all its parts, including the cap. In the event of replacement of the Product, the shipping costs for returning the defective product are borne by the Customer.

I received a damaged bottle or one that I don’t like: how can I return it and be refunded ?

We are very careful about how we handle your goods.
Always check the package upon delivery, if there are any breakages there will be obvious stains on the outside of the package . Take photos before opening it and after opening it with the bottles inside. Tell us the extent of the damage. Our operators will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Can I change my parcel delivery address?

I have a Coupon code but I don’t know how to use it?

By Coupon we mean gift cards, discount codes generated by the site or issued by customer service following reports of customers; the Coupon cannot be combined with other gift cards or Coupons.
The discount code in your possession must be entered on the summary page. At this point you can proceed with your order, confirming the shipping address and payment method. I remind you that you can only use one coupon in each order.

I requested an invoice but I didn’t find it in the package. How can I get a copy?

If you requested the invoice at the time of purchase, enter your profile, next to the orders you will find the invoice to download in PDF.
