DESCRIPTION: This condiment made from white grapes and white wine vinegar is born from a passion for French mustard. Mustard seeds float in this dressing with the colours of Van Gogh sunflowers.

Excellent on boiled meats, pork, exotic salads, for mustard preparations.
TEMPURA PRAWN
Ingredients for 4 people
360gr tempura prawns (frozen are fine too)
1 ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
2 baguettes
2 little gem lettuces, finely shredded
2 beef tomatoes, sliced
1 garlic clove, crushed or grated (for a stronger flavor you can use Garlic flavored evoo)
1 tbsp lemon evoo
4 tbsp mayo
1 ½ tbsp of chilli evoo
1 tsp smoked paprika
1tsp MUSTARD CONDIMENT
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp finely chopped pickles
Pre heat the oven to 200 C / 180 C fan and place the prawns on a baking tray and sprinkle over the cajun seasoning
Bake for 15 mins, last 4 mins add the baguettes to make them crusty and warm.
In a bowl stir all the ingredients and season to taste.
Cut the baguettes in half, then split open and divide the lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. Top with the sauce and serve.

We deliver Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed by 9am will be dispatched the same day and will be delivered by our approved courier to arrive within 48 hours. Please be aware that all packages MUST be signed for, checked first and cannot simply be left in a garage or porch.
Orders placed after 9am will be dispatched the following day.
Back Orders
Because we use small suppliers and sell a lot of seasonal products, all goods featured on our website are subject to availability. We endeavour to keep the website updated but if a product you order should be unavailable you will be notified of this by phone or email and given the chance to choose an alternative item, cancel your order completely, or put it on back order to wait until it is in stock (we will ship your other items to you if you wish).
If we are unable to contact you we will go ahead and dispatch the rest of your order without the said item.
